- A service fee will be charged in case of any cancellation requested 15 or more days before the commencement of the trip.
- Cancellation requested 7-15 days prior to the commencement will be liable to pay the cancellation charge of 75% of the total tour amount.
- The company is not responsible to refund any amount in case of any cancellation requested from the client’s side 7 or less days before the commencement of the trip.
- If a backpacker tests positive for Covid-19, 72-96 hours before the departure, the trip amount will be given as credit which can be utilized by the client on the next trip. This credit amount will only be valid for a whole 1 year. Please note that the trip amount will be given as credit only and only if a backpacker tests positive for covid-19.
- Cancellations due to other reasons will attract cancellation charges.
- No refund will be due after the commencement of the trip. And the company is not liable to pay any refund once the client reaches the campsite (in case of camping plans).
- Refunds due can take up to 3 weeks to process. We expect your healthy cooperation.
- Trip capsule private limited reserves the right to cancel any trip at any time for any reason if the quality of the trip or the safety of the travellers is judged to be compromised or jeopardised. In such circumstances, refund of all payments received by Trip capsule private limited shall constitute full settlement. Trip capsule private limited is not responsible for any additional loss incurred on travel arrangements or tickets due to a trip cancellation.
- In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and, in such cases, the company will try its best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.
