Participation Guidelines

  • Participants are requested to follow the schedule. In case any service becomes unavailable due to delay in departure from the client’s side, the company is not responsible for any amount of refund.
  • Trip Capsule Pvt. Ltd. reserves the rights to rearrange the itinerary due to any kind of disturbances (i.e. weather condition, political condition etc.) without changing the total number of days for the trip and without compromising any services offered.
  • The company is not liable to pay any extra cost arising due to unforeseen circumstances & reasons beyond our control (like changes in flight and train schedule, cancellation of flights/trains, political disturbances, natural phenomenon, landslides, roadblocks etc.) In case such a situation happens, the client must pay the extra required amount at that time itself.
  • Standard time of check-in is at 11 AM. Early check-in depends on availability from the hotel side. We expect your cooperation.
  • Transportation vehicles shall be provided as per the itinerary. Air-conditioning facility inside the vehicle is available everywhere except hills.
  • Trip Capsule Pvt Ltd is not responsible for any delay or change or cancellation caused due to forces beyond our control.
  • In case a hotel is not available as per the itinerary due to any unseen event, We will arrange a hotel of the same category for the clients.
  • Once the registration of a tour is done, it can not be cancelled, transferred or exchanged by the client.
  • In case if a 4×4 vehicle is required due to heavy snowfall or traffic, the client is liable to pay the extra charges.
  • Client is solely responsible for any mishap, theft, loss, injuries, illegal activities (such as carrying banned drugs), unlawful activities etc. The company will not be answerable anywhere for any such event.
  • Physical Travel Manager will be assigned if group size exceeds 12 people, otherwise Virtual Travel Manager will be there to help.
  • Trip capsule Pvt Ltd reserves the right to share client’s tour photographs for promotional purposes with their pre-informed consent. Participants who prefer their photographs to not to be clicked or shared are expected to inform the same to the tour leader/company prior to the trip.
  • In case of any breakdown of a transport vehicle, we expect the clients to cooperate until it gets repaired. The company is not liable for arranging any backup vehicle, or any delay in plan happened due to the same.
  • No misbehaviour or inappropriate behaviour whatsoever will be entertained.
  • Your cooperation in keeping the environment clean and safe is expected, rather it’s a duty for all.
  • Outside the hotel premises, the Trip Capsule is not responsible for your whereabouts or safety.
  • Trip capsule Pvt. Ltd reserves the rights to evict any client anytime without any refund if his/her actions violate any hotel rules or in case of any misbehaviour conducted with other clients or staff.
  • Only travellers booked through Trip Capsule will be allowed in the hotel & if you intend to bring guests from outside, you must seek the permission prior to it from the team leader or company.
  • If the client wishes to change the hotel or stay place, the company is not liable to pay for any new hotel or place.
  • If the client wants to extend the tour on a personal basis, then s/he needs to make a confirmation by their parents/guardian (only in case of people below the age of 21) for the same & the company will not be responsible for any event ahead.
  • In case of any legal dispute arising, the case shall be subjected to Indore District Court only

Cancellation Policy

  • A service fee will be charged in case of any cancellation requested 15 or more days before the commencement of the trip.
  • Cancellations requested 7-15 days prior to the commencement will be liable to pay the cancellation charge of 75% of the total tour amount.
  • The company is not responsible to refund any amount in case of any cancellation request from the client’s side 7 or fewer days before the commencement of the trip.
  • If a backpacker tests positive for Covid-19, 72-96 hours before the departure, the trip amount will be given as credit which can be utilized by the client on the next trip. This credit amount will only be valid for a whole 1 year. Please note that the trip amount will be given as credit only and only if a backpacker tests positive for covid-19.
  • Cancellations due to other reasons will attract cancellation charges.
  • No refund will be due after the commencement of the trip. And the company is not liable to pay any refund once the client reaches the campsite (in the case of camping plans).
  • Refunds due can take up to 3 weeks to process. We expect your healthy cooperation.
  • Trip capsule private limited reserves the right to cancel any trip at any time for any reason if the quality of the trip or the safety of the travelers is judged to be compromised or jeopardized. In such circumstances, a refund of all payments received by Trip capsule private limited shall constitute a full settlement. Trip capsule private limited is not responsible for any additional loss incurred on travel arrangements or tickets due to trip cancellation.
  • In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be canceled and, in such cases, the company will try its best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.
